PAYPAL关闭、冻结用户帐户的规定

经常有网友提到PAYPAL，PAYPAL目前早已EBAY下属的公司，并且被列入EBAY下一步向全球重点推广的网上拍卖支付工具。而中国大陆网友用PAYPAL往往不注意去看它的一些规定。PAYPAL对用户的行为作出了种种规定与限制。冗长的规章制度，连老外也得硬着头皮好好研究很久。而且PAYPAL没有中文的网站，由于语言问题，中国用户能看完全部规程的人极少。中国人稍不慎就会被PAYPAL冻结甚至关闭帐户，帐户里的钱也会被PAYPAL全部吞掉。本帖来源：网赚红利之家  http://www.gaminglistings.com( x! z, B" q6 K% V& W2 ~

If the investigation is in your favor, we will restore access to your account.
